在细分行业出现灯塔级别的企业上市,定价定参照系,总归是一件好事。上周波士顿的创业之星,餐厅支付平台Toast在美国上市,在我们公司内部引发了一波关注(当然这也是因为我们投资过对标出海产品Menusifu)。支撑这些企业发展壮大的是背后全球餐饮巨大的市场,民以食为天,放亚博网页版之全球官方网站而皆准。

但一颗中国胃的我第一次使用Toast Takeout APP的时候并不是那么感冒,原因很简单,没有中餐。时至今日上市之后,在其搜索栏的分类推荐中,也只有Japanese、SouthAsia等亚洲菜。在美国的华人数量(约500万)是日本人(约150万)的三倍以上。为什么中餐出海没有像短视频、服装一样出现TikTok和Shein这类广泛服务全球用户的企业?这是一个值得思考的问题,也蕴含着巨大的机会。
